Tellers began his career in marketing and advertising in the San Francisco area. He progressed from an entry-level position to a management seat in a short time, being recognized for his self-starter skills, team player mentality and his capacity for overseeing creative teams assigned to deliverables with a quick turnaround schedule.

Working in the real estate field as a marketer, Tellers was responsible for media and marketing strategies for numerous high-profile housing developments in and around the Bay Area.

From brand manager to marketing communications manager to production manager, Tellers has been a member of teams that produced sales-office installations and signage. His groups have been cited for award-winning promotional materials.

This emphasis on artistic output groomed Tellers for a career shift into graphic design. As the founder of DtINK, his own graphic design and marketing shop, Tellers directs an eight-member staff. DtINK provides brand management,

marketing consultation, Web site development, offset and digital printing coordination and advertising design. Clients include Sony, Cingular, Habitat for Humanity, HELIO and Coldwell Banker.

Tellers’s own skills as a digital artist are self-taught. At this juncture in his career, Danny Tellers seeks to apply these developing skills to work in the computer animation field.

Danny Tellers graduated from the University of Santa Cruz, Calif., with a degree in Installation Art and Mixed Media Communications. After graduation, he relocated to Japan for two years where he worked as the state's International Assistant Program's Coordinator for Shizuoka-ken's Government Board of Education.
